Process and preparation

If you have previous reports or results, ask which documents to bring. An assessment may involve more than one stage. You do not need to rehearse test answers: describe your own functioning and discuss any needs concerning the conditions of the appointment.

Feedback and documentation

Agree how findings will be discussed and whether a written report is needed. If a particular institution will receive the document, explain its requirements before assessment begins. Completing a test does not automatically mean that every type of certificate or formal opinion can be issued.

Language of the discussion and assessment tools
